We guarantee, that any good sold on our site is at the best price that you can get in any retail shop in Latvia. In case we have made a mistake in our valuation of the price of a good, we will return your money or compensate the difference.

 

BECOME A BUYER

  1. BUY NOW – if you see a good for sale on our site, that you can BUY NOW for a set price, then you can buy this good without registration and auction process. In this case you need to contact one of our sales people to find out availability of the good and set a time for a visit.

  2. AUCTION – if there is an auction on our website, you can participate by submitting your registration and becoming a user on our site, accepting our site rules.

    • Default auction lasts 2 weeks. Bidding is anonymous. Your bid is a promise to buy the auctioned object.

    • If a bid is placed within the last minute of the end of an auction, 1 minute will be added to the end time. For example, if an auction end 12:00, and at 11:59:01 a bid is placed, the auction end time is set to 12:01 (+1 min)

Any customer can become an agent and buy auction objects for third parties. In this case you need to sign a contract about participation and purchase of auction objects for third parties.

!!! If you bid for an object you commit to buy it. If you purposefully delay the payment, you are wasting our time and resources. In this case, the participation in any following auctions will be denied. If you wish to renew your participation, a 50 EUR fee must be paid for object under 5000 EUR, and 100 EUR fee for object over 5000 EUR.

 

CONDITION OF GOODS

We urge you to visit us and inspect the condition of the goods before bidding. All goods sol don our site are without manufacturers guarantee.
